• Folding and counting of ruled sheets: Our production unit is fitted with an automatic folding machine, that ensures accurate folding of papers and performs actual page count & size at high speed.
• Pasting and Binding: Our pool of skilled workers are engaged in pasting and binding of notebooks as it is a semi-automatic process.
• Finished Book Cutting: We make use of the automatic cutting machine that is used for fast, accurate and smooth cutting of semi-finished stationery products.
• Packing of Finished Goods: All the finished books are shrink packed and then they are repacked into corrugated boxes. Different pack sizes of these stationery products are available in compliance with the customer's specifications.
• Thread Sewing and Wire Stitching: To ensure that the paper folds are sewn tightly and perfectly in the bounded covers, we have the automatic sewing machine.
